I thought I'd get the manager of the convenience store to sign this location release form. He was rather thrown by the jargon, so this is the furthest I got. Instead the manager gave me his "honest word" that it was o.k, he just didn't want to sign anything and anyway by law as long as the shop's name isn't in shot then I can legally film the shop's exterior.
